    DAMAGE
If an item arrives damaged, you must save all packing material & the original box, for you to file claim.

Does he mean if they show up looking worse than they do now??? :D

It seems like I might have a couple pairs of "vintage speaker stands" I used back in my college days. You guys think they might sell on ebay?

    shack,
    You are confused (again)...

The molded, plastic cube is a record rack and the cast concrete block is one of a matched pair of supports for one-tier of a multi-tier, equipment rack...

    Try to focus, OK?

    I never read the directions....

Maybe that's why all my records ended up looking like this...

Not to hijack the thread, but why are some auctions "private"? Should you steer clear of these?

Wow! Is that a test record to test the Shure V15's tracking ability? :)

Pfft... the 160 can handle it... :p

Private auctions are ofter used by sellers to keep other sellers (legit or not) from hijacking potential buyers. Often high-dollar stuff is involved.

Of course, there can be abuses as well.

Doesn't bother me one way or the other nearly as bad as private feedback does...

That's one of the reasons digital is better than vinyl. CIRC error correction in a modern cdp would allow you to play something like that :D:p:D .

Come to think of it that's how the DVD rental's from the neighborhood rental place look, more often than not!

I love that cement block Shack. The surprising thing is, someone would probably but it.

I think the disturbing thing to me, is that he keeps a digital photo of a concrete block. I've got some old family images I'll send ya Shack, you can even tell your friends that they are yours. :D
