Old School

I'm a 49 year old female. My first purchase in college was a set of jensen speakers. Then bose and advents. Then kids and garbage sonys. Now $$$ and polk audios. I am old school and couldn't wrap myself around surround sound. So I bought some m50's and a 10" subwoofer for my living room, and m30's for my kitchen. I bought regular bookshelfs at first but i was not happy with them and for a few more dollars got the M30's. World of difference. Couldn't find any mounts, so wound up with a nice set of omnimount stands. My husband dropped one of the 30's while dropping the wires and I have to pay polk $42.00 for a replacement cabinet. But I am very happy with the sound. In fact it is awesome. I bought a Yamaha stereo amp, which compliments them quite nicely. Totally saitsified customer.

What they said....always nice to see someone enjoy good sound as opposed to using as a prop for a fancy TV show.

Welcome aboard. Now that you have a living room and kitchen system, don't forget about the bathroom, a tube system makes a great night-light.
