Tops have come along way or spinner as my godson calls it. Best little $2.50 toy I've ever seen. I found it at the HEB grocery store last year but haven't seen them again since.

We have that same mechanism (the 'light show') in a hand-held toy. Hold it in your hand, push the button, the show begins.

    It really is pretty cool.
