Such a great line-up, with lousy HD feed and vocal level imbalance. CBS still need to learn on how to do live performance right. HD feed kept breaking up, but it's good to watch Bono and Mary J duet. She CAN sing!

Q: the opening with the animation, anyone knows what song and artist of the first rap band? right before Madonna? thanx.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

How did they do that? I noticed that she actually walked around them. Was she also just film in the beginning? That was pretty good. My HD and SQ was pretty decent here.

I am so glad U2 won. I saw them live in Miami in Nov. Two shows. Two days. Only 15 rows back. They are awesome!

And how about Kelly Clarkson!? the American Idol beat out Gwen and Mariah? Wow. I am happy for her. Talk about the American Dream. :D

I might be in a huge minority here but...

That performance of the Beatles "Yesterday" by the Linkin Park guy, Paul McCartney and Jay-Z was TERRIBLE! I heard people all over the radio this morning saying how great it was and **** like that, but really, F-ing TERRIBLE!

I have no idea what people see in Jay-Z. Theres McCartney singing his part of the song and dumbass no talent Jay-Z in the background..."Yeah...uh huh....yeah....thats right...uh huh!"

WTF! They flushed a total classic right down the toilet.

Kelly Clarkson beating all the heavyweights was cool! You know Mariah was pissed. Too f-ing bad!

Bravo to Green Day for winning one too.
    No excuses!

She WAS hot. But considering that she re-invented herself after having had 2 kids, I thought she deserve props for her performance last night.

Btw, Herbie Hancock STILL got it! awesome performance, although Christina is definitely not ready to scat, yet.

Thanks for the info. The more I read about this virtual band, the more I've been intrigue by its ingenuity. Such a creative and talented bunch!
