Went out and bought it at 6 AM, the bonus features are nice and so is the movie. I saw it 4 times in theaters and so far 1/2 time at home. The added footage is nice and well intergrated. But sadly only avaliable in dolby. Overall I would give the unrated dvd a 3.8/5. If it had DTS it would surely be a 4.2

Well I found it entertaining. There is a plot and the acting is acceptable. Of course I wouldn't call this a "good" movie but its mindless fun.

We watched it last night, and I enjoyed it for the action. The only thing I did not like was the fact it was not in DTS. But, this was by far, one of the best DD tracks that I have heard in a while, with low rumbling bass that shook the house.
    Great sound, okay movie. IMO

IMO doom should really be renamed "resident evil - olduvai" or something. If you are a doom game fan like me just ignore the fact that its called doom and enjoy a pretty good movie. A doom movie without hell/ a cyberdemon is like a room without an svs. But i still really like the movie.

I was also amazed at the quality of the DD soundtrack.

Its worth seeing. I probably wont buy it though. It wouldve been a lot better if it actually resembled something of the game. They completley changed the storyline and its kinda stupid.
