6.5" Drivers - 6500,6501,6502,6510??

I have a pair of RTA-12b Monitors (top hat tweeters) that has one driver starting to pop at higher low decible levels. Anyone know if any of the 6500 series are a better replacement than others? I'm seeing 6500's and 6502's pretty regularly.

Getting back into vintage and will sound great if I can get it all working again, Harmon Kardon - PM665vxi, CD301, EQ7, T-60 v15type iv.
