Hopefully someone can help me out with some NXG bananas.
I thought these allowed both side and rear entry. Side entry is pretty self evident when looking at them. Unscrew the rear portion, put wire in side hole, tighten, and trim. Presto.
Rear entry I'm not sure about. They aren't the type with the one or two screws for clamping.
Anyone know?

You would put the wire through the back and have it sort of spread out so that it is clamped down by the screw. You could experiment with spreading the wire as a mushroom shape at the end or just have it an L shape going out one side of the hole... whatever tickles your fancy.
