z-5500 speaker switch

Was wondering if anyone has succesfully switched all logitech z-5500 or z-680 satalites for polk speakers? I have vintage rt5 hooked up to the front left and right and was thinking about going for the r15 for surround. However I heard that they are pretty power hungry as the z-5500 on support 62 watts per channel. Anyone succesful at ghetto rigging the z-5500 to support all polks - minus the sub and center?
