    I bet it took several weeks/months to film all that..

    lots of "gently used" Izuzu`s for sale after that commercial was made..!

    The actual driving was impressive, and there were obviously no COMPUTER effects, but plenty of effects nonetheless. There were parts where the cars were spinning in circles in place - you be the best driver in the world, you can't break the laws of physics.

    I forget what Isuzu called the car here in the US, but towards the end of its run here, it featured a suspension tuned by Lotus (as in the sports car company).
