cs2 with rti10's, compatible "please help"
My current setup is cs2 for the center, monitor 40's for the fronts, onkyo 803 reciever, and a velodyne dps 10 inch sub.
I just ordered rti10's, and I am planning on putting them up front, and 40's as the rears. Will this work or will I need to change my center channel in order to match the rti10s.

CSi3 and CSi5 I believe will be timbre matched to the rtis. CS1 and CS2 are matched to the Monitor series.
I don't know how much of a difference you will be able to tell, but that is what they say. -
I am one who agrees with the approach of keeping my front stage timbre matched. You can be a little more flexible with the rears. Give it a listen with a variety of sources and if it sounds fine stick with it. Otherwise I would fix my sights on the CSi5, because it would be hard for me to from a CS2 to a smaller CSi3, even though it is timbre matched to the RTis.Main theater: Paradigm Studio 100's v4 L/R, CC690 Center, ADP 590 x4 Surrounds. Thanks for the input. I picked up the csi5, and it made quite a difference compared to what the cs2 had. Cs2 was great for my monitor 40's but no match for the rti's.
