Thanks Kim,
Is this the amp you're talking about?
Rockford Fosgate Power 500.2
I found it for $299 at www.ikesound.com .
Thanks again,

Kim, you there?
how much watts do these things handle?
250 seems like a little much...

i was looking at the Rockford Fosgate 360.2
It puts out:
90 W X 2 @ 4 Ohms RMS @ 1% THD
180 W X 2 @ 2 Ohms RMS @ 1% THD
360 W X 1 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS
isnt 90x2 at 4 ohms enough??
especially since Rockford Fosgate amps are really under rated?
these speakers are rated 25-100 and the 500.2 is rated at 125x2 at 4 ohms
am i right here?

Yes, 250 x 2 would work- I've got a Zapco Reference 200 bridged 200 watts mono) to each MM465 in my kickpanels. The tweeters run off another Reference 200 running stereo.
But 90 x 2 would be enough, Kim just likes to recommend a little extra power. -
how much can these speakers handle?
per speaker...not total...
rms that is?

Wow those speakers handled a lot more than i thought...
the specs next to the speaker said 25-100 watts so thats where i got confused
thanks a million for all the advice...I'm going to go with the 500.2 and hopefully have everything set up within a month?maybe...
Thanks again,
