Decision to make

I got a decision to make. I got it narrowed to two speakers for rear surround. The Rti25 used or the Monitor 30 new. I can get them for the same price and wandering what the better decision would be. Any recommendations? Thanks and any other advice is welcomed. My budget is kinda tight and i decided to keep the m20's for front for now. They put out plenty but i want better surround. Thanks
HT- CS1, Infinity 12 in. sub, Onkyo receiver, m20's, and m10's
