I would think using a good diffuser (like those in dropped ceilings) between the lights and poster would be more important than the number of bulbs. Another cool idea I thought about once was to have a small space behind a poster painted with a flourescent glow paint with a black light shining on it to light up the poster. Yea, I need to get a life.

all you need to buld one is a tabble saw a mighter saw i first took a roughter with a round over bit to the 1X2 pine then i cut out the fraim with the mighter saw after that i notched the inside of the fraim pieces so i can have something to keep the plexi in place after that i glued and stapled the fraim toghter next o bult the box i just made a lap joint for the sides and i cut a grove in the iX4 sides 1/8 oof a inch from the back to hold the backer bord then i cut my backer bord to size i nailed and glued the box togher but made shure to put in the back befor putting on the back then i took apart the 2 shop lights i bought they were alot cheaper than buying the ballast and the ends 2 shop lights for 15 vs 40 for buying the parts. all i did was extend 2 of the wores and cut off 2 leads of the other light used them to extend the leads put the 2 whites and the 2 blacks to each other then conect them to cordthat is as far as i got i am thinking of using a magnetic lock to keep the the front closed but dhave to go shoping for my hindiges
