Would it be safe to run the subs off 450 watts each. I was wondering what was the best way to hook my amp up to two of these. It's a Kenwood KAC-9152D. The rated power outputs are 500watts x 1 @4ohms, 900watts x 1 @2ohms or 900watts x 1 @1ohm. What is the best way to run them with this amp. Thanks

i'd say parallel them to 2 ohms, and get 450 watts apiece... you'll be alright, just ensure the gains aren't set beyond clipping... other than that, go for it...

Alright...sweet. I was just unsure if 450 would be to much for them. But thankyou. Can't wait!
