Hi,

Just wanted to leave a post mentioning how great the Polk Tech Support was.

I was reading into the details about older polyswitch fatigue, and how tech support might send some if you ask nicely. I sent an email, and probably not more than an hour later I got an email from Kim Jasper saying that they were in the mail. Wow.

It's rare to find any company with such great concern for it's customers, especially for products that are not even current. (my Monitor 10s)

Keep up the great work!

They have helped me out about three times, and recently did the same...sent them for free. Very nice people.
