For the SDA connection, since it's a pin/blade, only the pin is required; the blade goes to the negative binding post and is not required as long as you use a common ground amp. So I just used a binding post to replace the pin. I was lucky enough that the plastic washer (?) from the Dayton binding posts I bought fits perfectly in the whole of the original connector_________________________________________________

Next: enlarge the original holes to fit the plastics from the new posts; I also put some glue to fix the one for the SDA connection:_________________________________________________

Then fit the new posts, some sealant, and tighten them:_________________________________________________

Next? The crossovers; but I'll need some help here; I've got the schematic but I have no idea of what needs to be changed; all caps and resistors, and maybe the polyswitches? I'll get a picture one of these days of one crossover and see if I can guess on what goes and what stays._________________________________________________

Yeah, I've got so many amps, eq's, mixers, crossovers, processors....I'm starting to wonder if the sound will actually GET to the speakers.Amplifiers: 1-SAE Mark IV, 4-SAE 2400, 1-SAE 2500, 2-SAE 2600, 1-Buttkicker BKA 1000N w/2-tactile transducers. Looks nice, but two things. One you alluded to, if you ever wanted to run mono blocks, etc. with the AI-1, you can't. I don't see how this mod is any different than what was done to those beat to **** SDA's with the strange cable connections that just sold on eBay. That type of mod is not a good thing, IMO. The other, replace those stock jumpers.Political Correctness'.........defined

I thought about the AI-1 thing...and you really still can use it, though with a little extra work; you just need to get rid of the pin/blade connector; connect the cable from the pin to the "new" binding post, and the cable from the blade to the negatives, and voila.
Will change the jumpers; I just was too lazy to do it now_________________________________________________
