Stephie turned Sweet Sixteen today. Among other gifts, we're taking her out to dinner with my father, her "boyfriend", and his mom. I'll bet that woman never sees my body move as I kick that little **** in the shins under the table.

Now THERE is a dinner I'd like to attend.

So is the Grey Shark getting passed along to the new generation of driving Grands?

6 tonight, Charley's Other Brother. I'm paying and holding a chair for you. They stock Goslings. Bottle rockets allowed. Maybe even mandatory. I threaten her with The Gray all the time. She really doesn't know whether I'm going to do it or not. ****, "I" don't even know yet. You gotta like all that steel around a first time driver. No way she'll get The Shark though.

COB, GREAT grub at that joint.

THAT'S a b-day party I'd like to be there for. That girl CERTAINLY didn't get her looks from her old man but she's every bit as charming. Nicest kid I've ever met.

The "Shark" is my own personal vehicle. 1987 white Chevy Caprice Brougham LS, 4bbl, 8 cylinder love machine.

The "Gray Shark" is my own personal vehicle that I bought cause I don't want to put too much mileage on The "Shark". 1986 Chevy Caprice Brougham, same engine as The "Shark".

Who didn't think Troy knew where to get a good mouthful of chow? Hands? None as usual.

I gotta go. There's a pair of shins waiting for me. For dessert I think I'm just gonna backhand him. To hell with his mom.

Hey, with a gut like mine....it's a talent.

The thing to remember in regards to letting Stephie drive the Gray Shark is that it's big enough to propel not only her but a BUNCH of her friends. Me? I'd opt for something that didn't hold quite as many chatterboxes.

Happy Birthday to a wonderful young lady.

Don't be too hard on the young lad, I'm sure that Stephie can keep him in line. Hell, she has you as a teacher and from what I've seen, you and Mrs. Grand have done a fantastic job.

Wish her a Happy Birthday for me George! Now I know she's Daddy's Little Girl, but at least wait for the poor boy to do something wrong before you start wailing on him! :D WAAAAA!

The poor kid probably won't even be able to eat with Steph's Grandfather, Father, & his own Mom there!

Poor kid is one step away from either major indigestion or a heart attack! :D

I've never even met George, but I'm betting that kid (the "boyfriend") is already scared $#!tless. That would be appropriate. I'm also betting he's actually a pretty good kid or he wouldn't have made it this far.

    Happy birthday to Stephie!

Ask all three of my daughters what boyfriends are, and they will all instantly reply ............ "target practice"! Ask them what to do if their date pulls into the driveway and lays on the horn for her to come out ........... and the instant reply is "go to my room and call 911 because my former date is going to need help".

Ya gotta have a few rules in life

Of course if you ask them what to do if we see a bear in the woods ....... the two youngest ones will pipe up with "run faster than Crystal" (hint - Crystal is the oldest one!)
