    This always pisses me off...

    I tell the user to logoff and log back on. What do they do....reboot the goddamm PC! Logoff does not mean reboot you stupid f***!!!

    Had a dude shut the thing down totally today when i told him to logoff.

    Oh man, I can't wait for you to experience helpdesk. In the end, you're going to have some serious laughs!

    Good luck nadams... in a way I also work in a call center, sometimes people get on my nerves but for the most part is a fun job :)
