My bro-in-law from Ontario is looking at SVS sub. Anyone in Don Cherry land ever order one? Looking for feedback on shipping issues...customs...ect.

    Never ordered an svs but I have bought stuff from the states before. It depends how the shipper declares it but usually anything over $200 you get taxed and charged duties on. Sometimes it isn't too bad but sometimes it's insane how much they charge. Eg. I bought speakers worth $220 usd and to get to my door they cost me about $390 usd.

    This is the only reason I never bought a sub from down there... duties, brokerage fees and an extra 14% would jack up the price enough to make a good deal not so great.

    Whoa, just came from the game and the Blues actually beat the Canucks. Oh yeah! Go figure, considering the Blues are like the worst team in the leagure ;)

    Yeah I don't know what happened. I'm campaigning that we never put Oulette in net again.

    The game before that they had 6 goals within the first period or something? I think they just got cocky for the next game and screwed up royally...
