I have a receiver with a "Sub Out" and a PSW250 . I'm connecting directly from my A/V Receiver to my main speakers.

Can I connect my "Sub Out" to a "Line" input on the Sub?

I assume you mean you're running your speaker wires directly to your speakers, and not through the sub.

Yes, you can connect the "sub out" to the "line in" jack on the subwoofer. I don't think it matters if you only use the left or right. Or you could use a Y-adapter.

The only issue is that the receiver's "sub out" is probably a low pass, filtered signal, with the crossover point somewhere around 100 Hz. You don't want to "double filter" the signal. Since the PSW250 doesn't have an unfiltered line in, this might cause a problem for you. I've been told that you can just turn the PSW250's adjustable crossover all the way up to essentially bypass the filter, but perhaps someone else can verify that. (?)
