Hi guys,
I have a 2 yr. old CS-Ultra with a Samson amp (2x500W).
They are in great condition. Need a local sale as I do not have the original box (MD/DC/VA). Asking $850. Email me with any questions at biffbyun@yahoo.com. I can take pics as well if needed. Paypal please add 3%.

If you want some feedback, you can check audiogon and ebay for the name "biffbyun"

Thanks,
Rob

    Hi Rob:

Where in the MD/DC/VA area are you? It's best to provide that and to also post some pics on here. Those few simple items will boost your probability of a sale. SVS is very popular with the folks here, so give us all the straight up info you can.

    Good luck with the sale.

John, thanks for the advice. I don't have pics, but I will try to take some tonight and post them. I'm located in Ellicott City, MD zip is 21043 right off 95 and 100. The unit is about 2 yrs. old and is part of my main HT setup that is unfortunately being downsized. Let me know if there are any other questions.

    deepinya,

Have you always been such an idiot or is this something specific to Club Polk?

    Biff,

Pictures would be a huge plus.

We tend to be leary of one post folks trying to sell stuff as we tend to be a tight knit group. The reasons for that are simply that we try to keep anyone from getting ripped off and turning the forum into a strictly commercial avenue for folks to dump gear which takes away from the atmosphere that Polk tries to promote.

    Good luck with your sale.

Thanks for the warnings fellas. I appreciate the advice. I'm new to the listing part, but I have been coming and looking at the flea market threads for a while. There is a definite sense of comaradrie here and I repect that.

Hey Biffbyun, that SVS sub goes for $575 BRAND NEW straight from SVS and a Samson S1000 can be found for $300 BRAND NEW on the net. You are asking for $25 less than new for 2-year old equipment...not much of a deal there.

If that is the case, then that is a killer deal.
Can you post a link for the rest of us?

Last time I checked, they were $899 without an amp.
    Check it out here.
If I'm mistaken, please let me know, but I think I'm on base here.

Ok...I was looking at the price for the 20-39 instead of the CS Ultra.

small bump guys. Still for sale. Lots of offers, but I'd like to reiterate, this is for local sale only. Unfortunately, the box was lost in a move and I don't want to go through the hassle of repackaging.
    Thanks,

    Hi biffbyun,

This looks like it could be a 1st generation Ultra from what I can see in the picture. My Ultras have the later grill design without the screws in the grill. SVS changed the grill design as the original design was prone to rattling. How long have you owned it? Do you know the serial number? Joeparaski may be correct in a sense. A CS+ and a first generation Ultra would have very similar output. If it is a later Ultra with the TV-12 driver, I would be interested if you are willing to ship.
