LSi25 Sub not making sound

Have connected with no sub. Left is working fine but the right speaker is not produding bass from the powered speaker.


Any thoughts on how to fix this problem?

Turn the level control (on the back) up.

Volumne setting is up and freq is set to 125

You said the left speaker was working. Take the input to the left speaker and plug it into the right speaker. make all settings on the right speaker mirror the left speaker.

Any sound - If not, call Polk Customer Service. (maybe a bad amp or connection) If so - look at your AVR, Wires for your right speaker.

I think it may be a bad amp. Working with sales rep and Polk to correct the problem.
