    Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.

    Home Setup: Sony VPL-VW85 Projo, 92" Stewart Firehawk, Pioneer Elite SC-65, PS3, RTi12 fronts, CSi5, FXi6 rears, RTi6 surround backs, RTi4 height, MFW-15 Subwoofer.

    Car Setup: OEM Radio, RF 360.2v2, Polk SR6500 quad amped off 4 Xtant 1.1 100w mono amps, Xtant 6.1 to run an eD 13av.2, all Stinger wiring and Raammat deadener.

    What is the deal with the HK digital path receivers? How do they compare to the 335, 645, etc. for the money?

    I use a DPR-1001 with my LSi speakers, but the first thing I buy when I get a decent job is going to be a new amp. I have not heard LSi speakers with anything else, but the DPR line of recievers is NOT high current (you can even ask them that), which I think everyone agrees the LSi line needs.
    Still, with some material it sounds awesome... When I get a new amp in a few months, I will post my opinion on the difference between a DPR reciever and something more standard.

    Any suggestions in the 2000-2500 range?
