I'm looking forward to the new Clint Eastwood movies, "Flags of Our Fathers (Parts I and II)," due out this summer. It's basically the story of the men that raised the flag in Iwo Jima in WWII. Also out there is my favorite directors new film, Zodiac, by David Fincher. Takes place in the 60's and 70's and follows the random murders of a serial killer in San Francisco. If this is anything remotely like they way he did Se7en, it will be a smash hit for me.

There's a bunch of expected blockbusters, but they don't have as much appeal to me.

What about you?

All of the above EXCEPT Rocky! Please count his **** out once and for all.

X3 and Superman are tops though. Singer hasn't let me down thus far with any movie he's done. I think he'll nail Superman despite all the crying over the costume and the dude playing Supes.

I'm looking forward to X3 (loved the first 2). Superman I can wait until the reviews are over (love to see it, but no rush).

No one mentioned Cars. It's the new Pixar flick. They may be aimed at the kiddies, but I thought every single one they did was fantastic (not to mention how well they play on a cranking system).

That Eastwood flick sounds awesome. Clint's a great director, I love war movies, and the idea of making it into 2 movies rules. I can't wait. You can laugh but I'm also looking forward to Rocky Balboa. If George Forman can do it, so can the Stallion. Superman Returns is going to kick all kinds of ****. The trailer didn't show much, but it was perfect. So was the trailer for X3. Brett Ratner's a good director, even if a bit formulaic. POTC: DMC should also be a good one. 2006 should be a good year...

There's quite a few films I'm looking forward too but none, so far, that I see theater-worthy. Most will be Blu-Ray blind buys.

I'm also looking forward to Underworld Evolution that starts tomorrow. Loved the first one and have high hopes for #2. I may make a run to the theater to see this one. Of course the critics won't like it, but who the f*** cares what they say!

Weird you brought that up. I just watched the first one last night to prepare for tomorrows release. I love that movie and I am a Beckinsale admirer. Too bad she married the stupid director, I so had a chance.

I told her not to marry that dude. Said, "why marry a stupid director when you can have a certified real life Polkologist in your life!" I think her suit was too tight which squeezed too much blood into her brain, thus making her delirous.

I tried to help a fellow Polkie out! :D

I'll have to agree with Ron-P on this one, that natural look is definitely the best. That Underworld/Rubber thing is too weird for me. But I'll still check out
Underworld Evolution... but only to see how the story progresses.

I hated the first Rocky. Terrible acting, bad story, etc. The only reason for watching the movie was the score. The only Rocky sequal worth watching was the one with Mr. T in it. Everyone else in the movie was inconsequential. Unbelievable, too. There's no way in hell Rocky could beat someone like Mr. T, not even in a game of poker.

A Rocky remake? C'mon. That's gonna be a comedy, right?

yeah i like Rocky III better than the original too. I mean how in gods name could the '76 oscar winner EEEEEVER top any movie starring Hulk Hogan, disco workouts and "DON'T TURN YOUR BACK ON ME SUCKA!" repeated 10times.
