Stand Recommendation for LSi9s

Just bought a beautiful pair of Lsi9s. I don't like the recommended Sanus UF-30 stands, both in look and price. I want to stay with a 30" metal based system that can be shot loaded. I'm thinking of a setup made by Plateau but it only has a 6x6" top plate. Will this offer the necessary support?
Any ideas out there?

    A 6x6 top plate should be plenty for the LSi9. The ones on my stands are much smaller than that. Just make sure your ears are between the tweeters and upper mid driver.
