Any PSW12 Experience Out There?

I am interested in hearing feedback from experienced users of the Polk PSW12 sub. What are your thoughts and what size/type room was this sub used in?

The PSW12 works great for me. My listening room is 14 X 12 x 8. People in this forum have opinions that Polk subs are not good, but I am quite pleased with mine. It really fills the room. I use my sub for home theater as well as music listening. I find the PSW12 very well balanced in both areas. Some subs are great for home theater or music, but it is rare to find one that is satsifying in both areas, and that is where I think that the PSW12 works for me. This is my opinion mind you._________________________

I am very happy with mine, no problems to speak of... It took awhile to get my system all dialed in but I think it sounds great. Primarly a music listener, a little TV and a movie not so often. I know this unit gets knocked alot, but I've been happy with mine...Rockin' In My House

SVS PB-12 ISD works great for me. My listening/HT area is 14 X 20. Plenty of bass. PB-10 may also work for you. Placement means a lot. A lot of folks like the front corner of the room. The HSU is supposed to be very musical, haven't heard one.Carl

Just replaced my PSW-404 with an SVS PB-10 ISD. Once broken in, big difference. Especially in the lower end with movie soundtracks. Other than that, both seem to be quite musical and satisfying, although the SVS has the edge over Polk.
BTW, anyone want to by my PSW-404?If you don't drive a Jeep, then please stay on the pavement.
