In ceiling/wall match to Rti70 and CSi40
Would I be better off with a pair of RC65i in walls or TC60i ceiling speakers as a voice match to RTi70's and a CSi40? 
Can the RC65i's be mounted in the ceiling?

Definitely TC60i's, and yes, they both work well ceiling mounted. You may also want to spend a tad more and get the TC615i's. I have them and like them, too.
