Not sure what you mean by that Willow. I know it has a sub-out with multiple crossover settings- 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 & 200hz respectively.
i hope that helps. -
I have the HK AVR635 and it does the same as andrew has posted. I connected my sub that I just built from LFE jack on the back of my plate amp to the sub-out one the back of the AVR. Works absolutely fantastic for me.Harman Kardon AVR635

Willow, for the 335(or any other receiver)to send a limited frequency to the sub, rather than the full range, it has to apply a filter set to the various crossover frequencies offered.

I want to get this receiver as well, from the reviews I have read each channel has a different crossover frequency you set and then sends the rest to LFE. Even for each input you have to reset the crossover for each channel. I have heard some say it is tedious and you have to read the manual to understand how to do it which takes some time, btu you gotta respect a product with that much bass mgmt capability.
Do you like the 335 so far? What receiver did you have before it if any? How does the sound compare?-Stopher
