I really enjoy going to live performances.. alot. Whether they be concerts or theater productions or big broadway shows.. there is just something about seeing a performer live in person. Sometimes they mess up.. other times they interact with the audience. it can be fun when some thing like that happens.

so i'm heading out the door now to go see the broadway hit, Mamma Mia. I've read all about it.. and it sounds like it should be really good.

I'll report back later.

cheers.

Who doesn't like ABBA music? :p

Mamma Mia has been playing all week here in town. (Spokane)

    Well, I LOVED IT !!

Great story.. mixed with the music of ABBA. The music plays a main character in the show. I've never seen a broadway musical that was this much fun. The audience ate it up. The end is especially good too. I won't spoil it.. but if it's playing in your city.. go check it out. Just pure fun entertainment for a couple hours. Dialog you can understand and follow and music you can shake your booty to. :p

Our seats were 5th row from the stage.. seats 16 and 17. :D

Is this you...or is it Russ? I'm still confused.

I would find it more odd if Russman was commenting on his own performance...so yes, it's back on track.

I saw Mama Mia at Mandalay bay in Vegas, very good worth every penny.

Recently saw the Nutcracker at the Phoenix Symphony Hall (Phoenix Symphony Orchestra) that was outstanding as well, especially the music.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the show. My wife and I are hoping to see Mamma Mia this spring in NY.

Have you seen "Movin' Out" (Billy Joel musical)? If so just curious how it compares. We saw it locally last year, and were both blown away by it.
