I have a pair of black db10's that I want to install in a 03 escalade with 3rd row seating. Will a sealed box built to specs work if I make it with the speakers facing(raised a little off floor) the floor like a downfire box? Do I have to install a seperator wall between both speakers? Any help will be appreciated.

The DB104 requires a .66 ft3 volume sealed so if youre going to use 3 and you build a box equivalent to all 3 subs requirements, which in this case would be 1.98 ft3 you would not have to use dividers.

As for downfiring, that would be just fine. Downfiring gives a little more output at the expense of a little clarity but not too much. Just make sure you leave a couple inches between the floor and the sub.
