Van Morrison-Moondance-SACD,Dvd audio?

I read that Eliott Scheiner, my favorite 5:1 mixer, did a 5:1 mix
for Van Morrison's Moondance. Apparently he did this mix a few years ago but I can't find a dvd audio or SACD of Moondance. Does anyone know if this
was ever released and is it out of print or something? I'd love to hear it.
