OK, I'm missing something here that is probably obvious....how can I get to the threads that are older than 30 days? Like in the Speakers section there are 8 pages of threads that I can see, yet there are 60,000 posts. Any help is appreciated......I really want to read some of the older stuff!!!

Have you check your UserCP control panel/Edit Options?
There's a drop down at the bottom of the page that lets you specify how far back to display I think.
