I watched the entire Trilogy these past two days while recovering from Strep-& thought it would make for entertaining conversation.

I think Temple Of Doom is the most underrated- and is superior to The Last Crusade for a number of reasons, but Raiders still takes the top spot for me- and it has the best ending ever in a motion picture.

Wow, now THIS is a hard question. It's either Raiders or Crusade for me. Crusade is definitely the funniest - Ford and Connery are awesome. But Crusade is just such a good movie, and it started it all.... damn this is tough :D

    And the original was Raiders...

It's tough to choose between Raiders and Crusade but I voted for...

the best scene of the trilogy by far is when they open up the Ark at the end of Raiders. Prob. my favorite surround sound demo. Chilling.

Raiders without question. Film making at it's best. Temple was a waste of film stock and Sean Connery is over rated.

Raiders first by far, set the standard for new action/adventure movies. Crusade second (Sean was good, blonde was beautiful but ending was terrible), Temple Doom distant third.

Raiders by a wide margin. I did like Crusade alot. Temple was fair.

The opening scene to Raiders is my second favorite all time, only eclisped by Star Wars: A New Hope. The first time you ever saw Raiders, how could you not have your eyes staring, almost hypnotized, as Indy slowwwwwwly goes for the gold statue replacing it with the bag of sand.

Sorry, Raiders was just damn brilliant and practically perfect.
    No excuses!

Crusade is my favorite in the series, and probably one of my favorite movies of all time.

that scene has been stuff of parody for a long time- which should tell you that it is culturally significant. I like that scene too, but it's the music that gives its tension. My favorite is when the angel stares at the camera and turns into death. First time i saw that it gave me nightmares. :D
