Tour, ya old stumper. It is hauntingly familiar, but I can’t place it. Other than the guy looks like a pre-bulk Clark Kent, I dunno. I even went to Elrod’s and sorted through albums and nada….cept I got my missing Herb Alpert's Tijuana Brass Whipped Cream & Other Delights album back. In my best Clouseau, I need a clew.

    Nope, not Robert Palmer.

For the album cover in post #315.

This was the bands last studio album released in ’83. The band derived its name from a form of transportation. They are also known by the title of a hit song from their 7th album. The album asks a question, and one of the names in the title represents a style of music with an earthy quality.

I have most of their albums up through "We're An American Band" and I didn't even know this one existed. I guess I just lost interest when their late 70s stuff seemed bland.

SCompRacer - since you have this one, what do you think of the music?

Actually, I don't have this album. Seems they had lost the magic from their previous years. They disbanded around '76 and reunited in '81. This album or the one in '81, Grand Funk Lives, were not well received and I can't honestly remember anything from them.
