Can anyone tell me what size speakers I need to replace my Original Stock Speakers?
I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500.

I have the 4 speaker system.

I assumed it was 2 6.5's in the front and 2 5.25's in the rear.

This was the size grate my doors have.

I purchased the speakers however before installing them, my cousin said it has 6x9's.

I already purchased my POLK MOMO's using the original measurements.

Can anyone confirm what size speakers are in my vehicle.

I don't want to open up my interior just to find out.
I'm having the work professionally done.

You might want to try over in the Car Audio Forum.......they have some VERY knowledgeable folks over there.

Yup, scroll on down to the bottom of the page and you'll see the car audio section. MacLeod has a killer setup in a 4-door Ram.

I believe that Crutchfield has this information on their web site. You choose your vehicle and they tell you what speakers fit in the stock locations.

Crutchfield has one, and so does Polk.

Thanks audiobliss. I was too lazy to do the work of searching the websites. :)
