Any more word on the actual release date of this product other that Q1 of 2006. I read an earlier thread with a few people not favoring the Polk move. Actually, it may fit in great with me. My wife was complaining the other day that we do not have a sound system in the formal living room and kitchen areas. She like that background noise. I have a couple of options.

1) Run cables through the walls from the HT room downstairs to the upper living / kitchen area

OR

2) Consider a small system for that area like the
I-Sonic™ Entertainment System from Polk.

Actually she mentioned the wave radio. She is not up on our feelings here. It may not be my idea of great sound, but the small size would fit it nicely. Has anyone had a peak at this product? Thanks Folks.
Michael ;)

They didn't even have any laying around HQ during the Tour... that still makes me wonder...

But no, haven't heard any more on it, other than they were working out a few bugs.
    Ludicrous gibs!

The Wave Radio is a lower profile unit I believe comparatively, and the Polk I-Sonic is aout 50% more. They had units that I saw, but they said at the time of the tour that they weren't able to test one unit doing every function properly, but they had individual units able to do individual functions. It was still beig developed and I think the ETA was sometime this year.

Option 3 not extremely viable with a 6 year old. No, I cannot get rid of the 6 year old. Jesse, did you want a part-time roommate.
