On the LFM-1, the power cable doest seem to go in very far. It's about 1/16" from sitting flush, but there is a a molded plastic peg in there limiting the cable's travel. Is this normal? Doesn't seem in very much.. Also for a large beefy sub the removable cable seems a little whimpy, any suggestions?

I thought the same thing so I contacted Outlaw and they confirmed that you can upgrade with a higher awg 3 prong cord (which are easier to find than 2 prong). The 3rd prong will not be connected to anything.

A cheap upgrade to a 14 awg cord is the Volex 17604 or 17605.
