Hi gang! I just recently upgraded the audio in my (don't laugh) PT Cruiser. I took out the stock head unit and put a Pioneer DEH-P7700MP in there. Wasn't too happy with the stock speakers so I replaced them with four Infinity 5"x7"s (They were on sale, otherwise I would've gotten the polks - don't be mad please =(...)

After the infinitys were installed I decided that they weren't quite producing the bass I was looking for...the highs sounded great but the lows weren't so great. So I looked into the market and ended up deciding on the Polk DB212 box - and I have got to say....."Damn!" These things rock better than anything I have ever heard, and I'm only pushing them with a 400w kicker. But it sounds absolutely perfect. But now I have to find the time to pick up a 4-channel amp to catch the treble up to the massive bass.

Additionally - Anyone who has bothered to read this far.....I would really like to know where I can, if possible, pick up some Polk Audio stickers. I would like to put a small one in the small window above one of the quarter panels. I would prefer the db logo, but if they aren't made I would settle for regular polk logos. I've looked online but I can't find them anywhere. Any help with that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

-Josh

    Heya Josh.....Welcome to the forum...

Probably the best place to get speakers from would be directly from Polk. If you call Customer Service they can probably get what you're looking for. Click the CONTACT link at the top of the screen for their number.

Just FYI, (and no biggie since your question isn't so much a Car Audio question) if you do have car specific questions in the future, post them in the Car Audio section on the main forum page.

Good luck with the sticker, and welcome again...........

    Welcome.

can you still return those Infinity 5"x7"s? JK! going with Polks all around will give you amazing sound... and you already got the bass part down. Plug in some 5X7's and you're set to rock on down the road.

Post pics of you with your PT. we live for pics in here.

I cleaned my car up nice and pretty so I could shoot some pics....nevertheless I ran out of daylight and the flash on my camera wasn't giving me the light I need.....and now it's snowing outside (naturally) so it's going to be a complete mess outside tomorrow. I'll throw some pics up as soon as possible!

Thanks for the help MacLeod - How would I go about ordering a Polk catalog? I browsed the website somewhat thoroughly but I don't see it anywhere =/ Sorry to be a PITA.

Nevermind - I believe I found the right spot through the site map - It was a catalog request but I didn't see an option for any of the Car Audio stuff...perhaps they don't have a catalog for the car audio? I went ahead and got some of the home audio catalogs no less. Thanks again!
