    I wouldnt ignore the Kannapolis/Concord/Charlotte area.

    Particularly Kannapolis.

    Although right now, Kannapolis is a freaking Ghost Town - in 4-5 years, it will be turned into one of the nations largest bio research facilities. With over 4,000 new jobs coming.

    This area is about to SKY ROCKET.
