Kids got a cheap MP3 player from Santa and wouldn't you know the software isn't compatable with Windows XP! Even though the players has a manuf. date sticker of Aug. 05 the software seems to be only up to Win. 98! (Yes I tried and no it wouldn't load 
)
Anyway we have some itunes cards so I tried to down load a few songs but it seems they are all MP4. Am I missing something? Is there a way get them as MP3?
I also down loaded the free I-tune software and it has a convert option in the dropdown menus but won't let us change the format of the songes once down loaded. Something about protected files :mad:
