Can anyone tell me...

Those who know me know that it's been a very long time since I've posted...my memory isn't as sharp as it used to be...so as my old bedmates started to respond to my post (George, Troy, Russ, Jesus, Greta Garbo) I realized that I still have retained some very old (and hurtful) knick-names. Lunatic??? Am I so different from you, or you, or even you? Can't we put aside our syco, our psyco, our mental differences? Who amoungst us isn't a little different??? Can You George look in the mirror and honestly say that you have never read a book backwards, or what about you Troy...have you never tasted wet paint??? Hmmm??? or maybe you Russman, well...? I refuse to believe you've never smelled the toilets seats after a chili eating contest or a dance recital.

So during this holiday season...lets drop the mean sprited names, whether they be Lunatic or The Snake (where is he these days???) or...well...I think I've made my point.

Oh yea...one more thing..."Can anyone tell me" what SHG means anymore??? It took me 30 minutes of research to find out, but I found it and it's oh so true!

(and it doesn't stand for: Scorching Hot Grits, Super Healthy George, Salted Him Good, or Shouldn't Hug Guys)

Yours truly!

SHG (Darrin, Dbartol, Dbartol1, Lunatic, "&*#^$" according to The Snake)

It's been a "very long time" since he posted, and you've been around what, 4 months? I think it's safe to say this thread is not aimed at you ... or me for that matter...:)
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Rare form Darrin, RARE. I needed that one. It's great to have you back, if even for only a short while (I hope not).

    Troy, you waterhead.

    Cheers,

It felt good to get that out. It's those long nights lurking in the shadows...they just make me loopy and the next thing you know I'm back here in Polkland writing nonsensicle rants.

Actually, the only person who I ever remember putting me down (in a nasty sort of way) was Chris "the Snake" or at least in 1999 he was the Snake. Maybe he's "Chris the Great" now or "Chris the Average" or whatever. Many of you took part in that fun (George, Russ, Micah, Troy, and far to many others that I can't remember now). I believe that was George's first hiatus from the group when he left to get some fresh air.

    Lunatically yours,
    SHG
