I still think it's worthwhile to explore this format as it does offer fantastic sound quality. Almost all the hardware makers offer units from entry level to TOTL, the only issue is the variety of software. Classical seems to be the most popular and I suspect that is because the folks who enjoy classical appreicate the hi-rez playback more than the average Joe.Political Correctness'.........defined

I do not own any sacd for classical yet... IMHO the format is well worth the effort.
