Watched this movie tonight. Wasn't expecting much at all. But I gotta tell ya, it's the funniest movie I've seen in a long time.

    Its a very funny movie. I also found it to be far better than I expected.

    Its wrapped up under my Christmas tree right now.

    I watched this a few weeks ago... I completly forgot it was out in theaters until I saw it just released a couple days ago. I thought it was pretty funny. Definatly worth a rent.

    I watched this last night too, It was pretty funny, a little overrated if you ask me (too many people told me it was the funniest movie EVER - when Wedding Crashers comes to DVD, THAT'S a funny movie).

    The guy with the beard MADE the movie, funniwise... all the hot chicks made it good otherwise... :D

    Strange? There was a thread on this movie only a short while ago. Seems to have gone missing.

    Anyways, good flick. Hard to believe Steve Carrell is Ellen DeGeneres's brother !

    Not to derail, but does anyone watch The Office series on NBC with Carrell. Hilarious.

    I wasn't aware he is related to DeGeneres. The two look an awful lot alike though. Which one of them changed their last name?

    I don't know where you got that tidbit about Steve Carrell and Ellen DeGeneres, but I can't find anything that mentions that. I don't think it's true... from waht I can find they both have completely separate parents and families.

    No hard facts but I remember he was called Steve DeGeneres when he starred on the Daily Show (John Stewart) and vaguely recall them being mentioned as siblings on an entertainment show some time ago (possibly ET tonight).

    Don't know about you but I can easily see the resemblance.

    It was probably a joke, but who knows. Not like Ellen took the name of another man. :eek: :p Then again...it's not rare for actors and actresses to change their names for marketability.

    There was another guy called Vance DeGeneres on the Daily Show. He is the brother of Ellen. They are of no relation to Steve Carrell.

    Yeah I hate to dispute you here but Steve Carrell was on the Daily Show with Vance Degeneres, who is ellen's brother. I dont know how the confusion came about but Steve Carrell has no relation to her.
