    If you do your homework, you can get some great deals from the grey market. I may have purchased my CD player from a grey marketeer. If I bought the same player in the USA, I would have paid double or triple the cost.

    Some retailers (in the back of magazines) tried to do this with Polks in the late 80's early 90's and Polk went after them agressively. They actually caught a few dealers selling product out the back door to the Grey market companies. I like a good deal just as much as the next guy...as long as you are aware of the situation when you buy then I guess "Buyer Beware" applies. It sure did piss Polk off though. I'm sure this stuff still goes on with Polk all the time. Back then they had a very tight dealer network to protect. Now days it's basically a free-for-all.
