    bizill is just an old high school nickname. it's the ebonic hip-hop spelling of Bill. you know, like 'ole snoop always talkin' about 'bizill iz in tha hizouse' and what not. i was heavily into rap back in the day and have since grown out of it but the name has stuck with me.
