And the Broncos win! Ugly... but still one more in the "W" column!

The Jags were my hope to upset the the Colts this week, but they self destructed. Cheap fouls didn't help the situation either.

A real nail-biter in Dallas. Thought for sure it was gonna go into OT.

I was pullin' for Da' Bears...alas they weren't up to the task today.

The Jets beat the Raiders?!? Whoa....

Chargers stumble as well.

Come on folks, talk that NAAAASTY football talk to me!

    Dude... I got stomped.

Now I just hope Atlant makes the spread and Green Bay dosnt. That way, I'll be tied with Frank. I like this drop the two worst weeks.

Anyways... Panthers played a horrible game and it was lost, of course due to Delhome's interception and Kaysay's missed field goal. Jackasses.

    I totally mis-read the games this week...HORRIBLE...

Dallas is gonna give me a friggin heart attack. They seem to do this every week. All five of their losses are for less than a touchdown, and now 5 of their wins are too.

Nail-biter here was right. As I've said before, whether or not the boy's are a Superbowl caliber team - they are sure are entertaining to watch. We had a LOT of dead years down here, the whole Chan Gailey, Dave Campo era - it wasn't even watchable.

I'm thankful that football in Dallas is 'fun' again.

Lots of surprises today. How did Miami beat the Chargers? The Pats could have clinched the division if Miami had lost. D'oh!

Good to see Eli choking again - they won, but 3 INTs in the last quarter / overtime has to hurt you Giants fans.

Tampa Bay beating Carolina was another shocker. Especially cuz my Pats are playing them next week.

Speaking of the Pats, Brady was limping quite a bit after a few hits during tha tgame. I'm officially panicked.

Elsewhere in the NFL, I was surprised Denver had so much trouble with Baltimore. Thought Chicago would put up more of a fight. Minnesota is officially... wierd. Where'd this team come from?? And did anyone actually think Indy would lose?

Oh, and could Cincinatti score a couple more points, preferably passing? Doesn't anyone realize it's fantasy football PLAYOFFS?! I got booted in the first round cuz of stupid Carson Palmer.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

FF playoffs start next week for me. I was a game out of the wild card going into the weekend, but the team ahead of me lost, and I have a big lead going into tomorrow, so it looks like I'll make it in. I've got the second points points in my league, but have just played the wrong teams at the wrong times, and have an 8-5 record so far.

Rams suck. Chiefs got my hopes up only to bring me crashing back down to earth.

    Thats your opinion. :)

No you're right. I wish I could root for them to go undefeated. I really like them as a team. Maybe if the 'hawks were having a bad year, I would root for them to win in Seattle, but I just can't.

I do know I am looking forward to Christmas Eve, and its not to spend time with my family.

Cowboys are almost worth hating again...

Texans almost messed up and jepordized their rights to Reggie... LOL... they are so pathetic...

Seahawks - Colts Super Bowl... with the Colts looking to go 19-0...

No... no... no... They should lose out so they in position to draft a couple OSU linebackers. D's front 7 needs some serious help...

Kinda like what I'm seeing in Fry so far. He's got the physical talent and seems to be a leader. Just not sure yet that he's got the head to be an NFL QB... only one way to find that out.

I used to love to "hate" the boys, but its hard for me now that they have the Tuna and a bunch of guys who want to play, even Johnson has mellowed out.

The snow storm games were fun, to bad for me and my Bears, congrats to Pit. fans.

Once again, the Broncos-Ravens game proves that some teams just match up well against others, along with the fact that the Broncos played in a sleep walk on offense.

Big Bronco fan thank you to Dallas and Miami.

Kyle Boller just keeps getting worse every week! He can't throw, run with the ball or make any kind of decision. Dude, throw the ball out of bounds if nobody is open. NOOOO, he tosses it up for an interception. I stopped watching them weeks ago. I ask someone or watch ESPN for the score and highlites, since there are so few of both.

Some QB's have bad games. Boller has a bad career!

Okay, I've avoided the football threads because I don't watch football, but this I know: Dallas cheats, and when people mention the Colts, the first thing that comes to mind is that they are from Baltimore and Johnny Unitas is their quarterback. ;)

Care to splain that comment?? Sounds like a comment made by either a Skins fan or just someone that roots for a team that's a consistent loser. ;)

How can a team CHEAT in this day of 200 cameras and microphones positioned all over the stadium and sometimes on the players and coaches. The Raider's can't even get away with the dirty play that made them the bad boys of the NFL.

    Hiya ND13,
That "Dallas cheats" comment was a carryover from when I was stationed in Texas in the early 80s and couldn't stand them. Sorry! :o

Well, I know that on the 'net you can get on someone's bad side (and subsequent flame war) on sports, religion, and politics. (just coverin' my ****$!) ;) LOL!

I actually thought I'd get caught on the Bal'more/Unitas angle. Oh well :p
