Is it possible to use both the Digital and analog cables on two seperate amps at the same time without hurting the unit.

yes, but you need something with a DAC to convert the signal

My main concern was that it was possible to use both outputs at the same time. I'm not interested in having both outputs Digital. I wanted to Have output to another room.
