No doubt, Polk's customer service never fail me, in fact, on some of the problems I had, I got the replacement parts within 48 hours after calling Polk's CS, when I called the dealer, they turned me down... In my opinion, Polk's customer service is one of the best in the country...

thats good to know, but all my polk stuff has never failed me yet to call polk. you cant beat that. and it will be hard to get something that sounds better.. rt-7 mains

I always hear people say this about one product or another. Is there a speaker company out that DOES make the best? NO! There's always someone that thinks this one is the best or that one is the best. It's up to everyone to find the one that sounds "The Best" to you.
Polk had me since the mid 80's!

Polk C.S. is awesome. I recently replaced (my fault) a 6 1/2" mid/woofer in my circa '89 Monitor 10Bs. 2 days after a very friendly phone converstation with Helen, I had an exact replacement at a very good price. It was worth the experience.Make it Funky!
