    If you notice, the seller is no longer a registered user. I'm sure that EBay kicked his sorry **** off the bay for doing **** like that. If I were the winner, when I went to the pay screen and got his addy and name, I would have been relentless in harrassing him til he had to move.

    i feel for masterflex3oo. obviously a rookie with only 2 feedback posts. probably bi-lingual and doesn't know any better. but a rich dumb focker. $611 even for a real 360 is crazy.

    I don't know, that's a $400 system and I've seen them go for WAY more than that on EBay since they were released.

    Now, that's not saying I'd pay that much for one.

    really sucks, i went to target a couple nights ago and walked through the 360 section and there were games and peripherals aplenty, but no 360. lame.

    Its still misleading. The seller is using stock photos of game, the console, controllers. Thats misleading.

    It's not even a real xbox 360 box! He made it himself... what a douchebag. From looking at the bid list I wonder if this guy pushed up the price himself to make it look like a complete system just going by price. From the feedback of the guy that won it looks like he didn't pay for the item.

    sucks on the buyers part...but then again did use stock pictures...

    he even stated that looks nothing like the picture and then (i think jokingly) said that his box looked much better in his opinon.

    was it misleading or not? he clearly states it's just a box. to be used as a gag gift. but most people don't read the entire ad.. so someone bid $611 for an empty box.

    I would think MS might have something to say about this from their legal dept. but not sure.

    I think it was misleading when he started adding the specs of the real xBox. They had nothing to do with his auction. Plus, he never actually showed _his_ box... He was obviously out to get someone gullible....

    He should be banned. He put pics of the accessories and isted all the specs?! What the heck is that!? I hope the guy gets his money back. I actually had some kid do that to me when I was a noob Ebayer. He sent me his address for payment. I Googled him and got his phone number. Let's just say after 10 minutes of speaking to his dad my Paypal account had been refunded.

    The auction ended exactly the way the seller was hoping it would. The good
    thing is that the buyer didn't pay.
    The seller put the first paragraph in there to cover his ****. He intended on decieving everyone or he wouldn't have used all the specs and pics of the "REAL" XBOX. He was just trying to take advantage of the frenzy over the game and scam someone who was trying to get one for their kid for XMAS.

    If you notice, the negative feedback left for the buyer of the xBox auction, was actually from a different auction/seller (it was actually an auction for some tweeters). No feedback was left for the xBox auction.
