Lets see, they posted his address, his phone number, his work address and phone number, called his parents house, called his work.....thats quite a lot if you ask me.

pictures of his vehicle (with license plate), pictures of him (all 4 years of high school, as well as baby pictures)

pictures of his parents (mother and father),

pictures of his fathers plane,

his parents place of business (father retired armed forces, now pilot - mother special ed teacher (forget what grade)

pictures of his girlfriend

arial photos of his house (from google earth and terra server) with street names and house number.

posted links to the thread on every board that he is a member of. (including in all places he has ads trying to sell his truck) as well as in feedback for his e-bay account.

Posted his cell phone number (don't know if they have posted his home number, have not made it to the end of the thread)

Almost every board on the internet has links to this thread. (over 1,000,000 hits I think)

Posted e-mails to him, his parents, his place of work, etc.

Called the cops and filed a compaint against him for harrassment (for calling person he was selling the gears to at 11:30pm and cussing out his wife followed by repeated whining to stop the madness) as well as for attempted mail fraud.

posted a quick link to text message his cell phone (not exactly free)

Sounds like quite a bit to me. (not to mention even if 1% of the people who have read the threads bother to call e-mail or text message him it would be over 10,000 people **** with him.

Enough to make you think twice before ripping somone off on the internet.

Edit - forgot his family geneology (from his mothers side) as well as pictures of his extended family (uncles and such)

goes to say you shouldnt F$ck with someone unless its really worth it. could an argument be made that this was overkill, yeah, but life dictates that most of the time when you f4ck with the bull, you rgettin the horns. Wenzel got the horns in spades.

that about sums it up. I want to know what his phone bill will be like with the text messages. His phone starts ringing around 4:30am and doesnt stop until about 2. Thats pretty good...

someone did...himself with a new made-up screen name. some others chimed in, but they got lectured as well.
if anyone in the world was bored enough, there's enough info to drive to the guys house and harm him or his posessions. still may happen. he may get beaten to a pulp. at any given time he will have to watch his back. they also got pics of his hot girlfriend with a huge finger and superimposed that said finger stabbing through his eyeball. people have emailed his family members to show what a distasteful person charlie is. they emailed the naval academy he is supposed to be attending to warn them of his character. they ruined his life and his name. there's even a spin-off website dedicated to prolonging his redicule as the original thread has been closed.
